HARD DRAWN STEEL
Hard Drawn Wire is manufactured from low carbon wire rod through a cold-rolled reduction process that increases hardness, tensile strength, proof stress and at the same time rolling a deformed pattern onto the wire.
Standard Specification
IS: 432 Part II
Ultimate tensile stress 570 N/sq.mm
Proof stress (0.2 %) 480 N/sq.mm
Size 2.65 -10.00 mm
Application:
• Spun pipes manufacturing industries
• RCC poles manufacturing industries
• Reinforcement welded wire mesh manufacturing industries.
